download to print jen's bio as a pdf file (43.5Kb)Bubbly and bright children’s TV presenter Jen Pringle was born in York and grew up in Scunthorpe. She went to Salford University where she gained a first class honours degree in media and performance.

Jen then landed what she describes as her dream job, presenting on Five’s daily children’s programme Milkshake; she has been a regular feature on the show for the past 3 and a half years. Her genuinely cheerful and enthusiastic disposition makes her a perfect fit for children’s television. Jen is a real all-round entertainer; as part of Milkshake! Jen has performed over 25 dance routines - some of which she choreographed herself - and recorded 25 songs. A number of these songs have been released on an album.

Jen is no stranger to live shows having presented milkshake! Live toured Butlins resorts for two years. She also did their theatre tour and the Rupert Bear Event at the Trafford Centre in 2007. She has even played Minnie and Mickey Mouse in the parades at Disneyland Resort Paris!

It will come as no surprise that last year lovely Jen was asked to play Wendy Manchester Opera House’s panto ‘Peter Pan’ alongside Gemma Atkinson and John Thomson.

When she isn’t presenting Jen loves to spend her time shopping, dancing and jet-skiing!

Jen is passionate about her work with children and is looking forward to more exciting projects both live and on television in the future.
